Cancellation and return policy
The majority of our products are in-house made products with conventional techniques, making each one distinctive and slightly different from the other silver jewelry designers. If the product's design or colour varies significantly from what was ordered, we DO NOT accept it for exchange or refund
As, our products go through strict quality control prior to shipping.
Only orders that were damaged in transit or that contained the wrong item will be accepted for return or exchange. We kindly request that you notify us within three days after receiving your order if it was damaged in transit or if you received the incorrect item
How to return the products
1. To return your order, please keep the package ready and include the original invoice.
2. Within ten (10) days of getting the merchandise, send an email to (info point) with a photo of it.
3. Once the problem has been analysed, our team will be getting back to you with resolution
4.We will set up a return using a technique that is convenient for both parties
5. Only until we have received the shipment in its original packaging will we provide refunds or arrange for exchanges
6. Refund will be processed within 48 hours from our end.
Expect no refund in:
1. Return exceeding date or incorrect address.
2. The addressee rejected the package.
3. Products that are returned are discovered to be used or damaged.
4. Minor variations in colour and design
5. Use of sprays or perfumes on the products.
6. In case of Replaced, broken, tarnished products.
7. Special instructions: Polish on Rose gold products are not guaranteed.
